The Cookie Element, located in Yorba Linda, offers students hands on baking education and STEM fundamentals with our Cookie Experts. Our elective classes provide participants the opportunity to explore science standards such as cause & effect, measurement, and reading & writing recipes. They will also work with frosting and chocolate to experiment with colors and temperature modifications. Students will be instructed in creating drop cookies, chocolate dipped pretzels, and cake pops as well as decorating sugar cookies. Students will be provided a snack and beverage with each class. Each session will last approximately 90 minutes.
